Beach Advertisements
I was at Robert Moses beach this weekend and a plane flew by with an ad for Geico and a picture of a pile of money with a rubber band around it and googley-eyes on top. Under the money it said, "The money you could be saving." I think the ad would have been very successful if people didn't already know the Geico ads and just saw money in the sky with googley-eyes. But because people already know the ad they just ignore it.

Agreed. Sometimes although advertising campaigns are cute, we see them so much that we just end up ignoring them.
ReplyDeleteI also agree that whenever I see an advertisement for a cute commercial and it is a product that I am not interested in, I just ignore that particular commercial
